I can't just give this place a 5 because I give it 100 Malibu resort motel was the best motel to stay at right across the street from the beach the hotel had the most cutest pool the decorations,the light, the trees, the exotic birds oh my God I love this motel. it was so clean. The rooms were clean, smell great the bed was extremely comfortable like sleeping on clouds. you can smell the fabric softener the best coffee in the office. and Deb was the most sweetest, helpful host, I just love her & this motel to pieces me and my friends and my family will most definitely be back at this hotel.

Clean, location, friendly staff, pet friendly, quiet, very lighted location at night. Pizza location on site, complimentary sun block at pool area, grill and gazebo for rental. Home away from home. Early check in or late check out available upon request and availability. Walking distance to beach, liquor store and many other local businesses and food locations. Fitness center across street. Basket ball court behind location. Awesome spot. Not booking it will be your loss. They were updating furniture too!!!

Loved that this motel was retro. Built in the 50s but still felt like home. We took our dog with us and management accommodated us with a room on the end of motel closer to the dog park across the street. Pool area was beautiful, but if you wanted the beach it was a walk across the road. The manager was very lovely and very concerned of your needs. She made you feel like family. For the money this was a good pick for us. Close to the beach , restaurants and shopping. We are definitely going back !

We loved the retro vibe and everything was super clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent. We especially loved the virtual check in, keyless entry, and virtual check out. Staff was very helpful and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We were even able to borrow a camp chair for the beach. Definitely recommend checking this place out and we will be back!

The rooms were clean, the pool area was nice (my only wish was that the heater was on, it was a bit cold still). I LOVED all of the birds that visited the property. And the resident cat and dog! The staff was so friendly as well as the other guests/residents. Love the convenience to the beach and other shops and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!
